That's a pretty strong statement, but it's the only way to express the way that we feel about service. We know you're probably used to getting "the look." (You know. The "What? I'm here aren't I?" look.) You'll never get that here. We're too busy busting it to make sure you're more than satisfied.
We have zero tolerance for lousy service. We don't think you should settle either. That's why we take some very sensible steps to make sure it's done right.
5 Steps to Smooth Installation
- You talk. We listen. We need to understand what you want. We need to take stock of what you have, both in terms of equipment and your home environment. Your place or ours, we'll take as much time as it takes to get it right. If you're building a new home, bring your blueprints. It can save a lot of time, money and frustration to plan your entertainment and networking before the drywall is hung. If you're looking to upgrade what you have, we can retro-wire existing homes as well!
- Explore Your Options. There isn't another home installation exactly like yours. We'll size things up, make recommendations, spell out every option, and customize a package that's a perfect fit.
- Close enough is never good enough. Like anyone who's serious about their profession, we train and we strive for perfection. As members, we participate in Custom Electronics Design and Installation Associates (CEDIA), Professional Audio/Video Retailers Association (PARA), and Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) training to keep up with an ever-changing industry. Bring it on. We're up to the challenge.
- We won't leave until you're ready. We will not allow you to be a tech-frustrated customer. We're going to sit right there and go over every detail until your entire family is comfortable using the system. Imagine. No blinking clock, a remote that seems second nature and a system that responds to your every command. Hey, it's no accident!
- We don't just walk away. We're going to stay in touch. Really. (That's the secret to the loyal customer thing we brag about.) We're here for you now - and in the future.
